A. Gabrielli Constructions was contracted to deliver Aurizon’s state-of-the-art freight distribution centre in Townsville, managing both design and construction phases. This $28 million project included the construction of an intermodal pad on budget, despite significant weather delays.

AGC used post-tension concrete to ensure durability of the final product. This minimised costs and reduced disruption setting AGC’s tender apart from our competitors. We partnered with the client from start to finish. The final product meant our client – one of Australia’s leading logistics companies – was extremely satisfied with AGC’s ability to deliver complex industrial construction projects. As a result, AGC was recognised by winning the Master Builders North Queensland Housing and Construction Award in the Industrial category in 2017!
