About Project
AGC delivered the Joint Movement Control Office (JMCO) Working Accommodation Relocation Project at Lavarack Barracks, in February 2019 for $2.05 million.
The project involved a full refurbishment and extension of Building C0240, creating a modern, fit-for-purpose workspace to support the evolving mission of ADF personnel.
Scope of Works Included:
- Demolition and building extensions
- New electrical, communications, mechanical & hydraulic systems
- Doors, signage, chain wire fencing
- Furniture, fixtures & equipment installation
Despite minor delays in approvals, AGC kept the project on budget and on track, thanks to strong coordination with Defence and our trusted network of local subcontractors across concrete, roofing, glazing, and more.
