Gabrielli Constructions was honoured to partner with two powerhouse institutions (the North Queensland Cowboys and James Cook University!) to deliver the Level 2 Fit-Out of the Cowboys Community, Training, and High-Performance Centre at JCU’s Douglas campus.
Completed between August 2021 and October 2022, this $771,000 project brought to life a suite of specialised spaces including training zones, offices, and support rooms tailored to the elite performance needs of both organisations.
From adjusting gym flooring heights to topping uneven slabs, scope changes like the addition of a nib wall – nothing was too much of a problem for our two iconic North Queensland clients!
