AGC is proud to have delivered the Cairns Operational Technologies Hosting Facility (OTHF) Data Centre for Energy Queensland, creating a secure, modern telecommunications hub that meets the highest standards of reliability and data infrastructure for a significant government client.
Key Features:
- Masonry & concrete structure with four specialised zones – Clean Room, UPS Room, Plant Area & Communication Room
- Full fit-out including data racks, cable trays, communications cabling, DC battery racks, rectifiers, air-conditioning, gas suppression systems & generator
- External works – new carpark, council footpaths, kerb & channel, boundary fencing & landscaping for a prominent CBD location
Partnering with 25 local subcontractors, AGC brought together Far North Queensland expertise to deliver a complex, high-tech facility quickly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
