AGC is proud to have completed the Ross Island Paint Facility Upgrade at Building 0010, Ross Island Barracks, in October 2023 for Defence.
This $2.65 million project delivered major improvements to support operational safety, environmental compliance, and the long-term functionality of Defence assets in Australia’s Garrison City.
Key upgrades included:
- Installation of a BlastOne EnviroMax dust & grit filtration system
- New roller doors and roof access
- Heavy-duty vinyl flooring in the storeroom
- CCTV cabling, data logging systems, and electrical enhancements
- Concrete stair repairs for improved safety
Despite supply delays and subcontractor challenges, AGC kept the project on track through clear communication and problem-solving.
