JCU Carpark & Joseph Banks Drive

AGC is proud to have delivered a major infrastructure upgrade for James Cook University, completed between January and July 2023. This $4.25 million project included a new sealed carpark for 400+ vehicles, overflow parking for 150, upgraded stormwater and lighting, and EV charging stations.

 AGC also upgraded Joseph Banks Drive into a four-lane access road, improving traffic flow for students, staff and visitors across the university and its sporting precinct.

 Working closely with JCU and a skilled team of consultants and subcontractors, AGC adapted to evolving design requirements to ensure a high-quality result that will serve the campus for years to come.
