AGC were contracted to construct a new tenancy in the Urban Quarter former
supermarket conversion. The total floor area was approx. 700m2. The scope
of works included taking 3 empty tenancies and combining into a single large
tenancy, with:
• Reception and panelled timber hallway
• Two directors’ offices
• A boardroom and six smaller meeting rooms,
• Panelled timber hallway
• 70-desk open office area, large open-plan kitchen & breakout areas
• Male, Female and PWD toilets, showers and lockers
• Carparking and storage
