AGC is proud to have delivered the second stage of the Garbutt Depot redevelopment for Ergon Energy, completing this $20.3 million project between December 2016 and May 2018. The facility was able to continue operating during these significant works, meaning no disruption to Ergon customers.

Project Details

• Demolition & redevelopment of 4000m² structural steel shed to incorporate office space and workshop
• Fit-out of 2 level 850m² high end office space, including video conferencing rooms, workstations & a new lift
• 4ha Light vehicle and heavy-duty flexible pavement asphalt carpark
• 5,000m² Heavy duty concrete pavement including heavy vehicle washbay
• HVAC System including mechanical plant room, chilled water reticulation
• Service reticulation (wet fire service, chilled water, compressed air, trade waste)
• New oil handling facility with tanks and pump installations
