AGC was contracted by Ergon Energy office to refurbish their offices at 420 Flinders Street, Townsville City. Completed on-budget and with a tight four-week deadline in mind. It showcases AGC’s ability to manage short turnarounds while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Efficiency and Innovation: AGC implemented a 24-hour work schedule, reducing disruption to other building occupants while keeping to a strict timeframe. AGC’s refurbishment works delivered the client a modern, welcoming and light-filled office with natural materials, pastel tones, and extensive glazing.

Partnering with local subbies: AGC drew from its local network of subcontractors in glass, aluminium, joinery, fire protection, and engineering. As a result, we delivered a quality project while managing strict noise and safety requirements.
