Federal Safety Commissioner Accreditation

AGC have proved again that our standards for health, safety, quality and environmental issues company wide are our top priority. On the 10th October 2016 accreditation by the Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) certifying that  AGC meet with the requirements of the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme, currently there are only 414 companies throughout Australia that have gained this higher level of safety.

The FSC accreditation stems from the implementation of our Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), this system has ensured that AGC have set procedures on how to manage all aspects of our business including HR, Assets, Finance, Managing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, General Operations and Managing Construction. The FSC Accreditation is additional to our JASANZ 3rd party certified Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems ISO 9001:2008, AS 4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2004.

AGC have achieved this standard through a dedicated workforce that have embraced new and improved systems throughout the company. This is reflected through regular health and safety meetings, up to date training, and the joint goal of wanting AGC to succeed ensuring the longevity of a skilled workforce in North Queensland.
